When you order Below 0 you can be sure that what you get is fresh. Our ice cream is made locally in the Valley in small batches every few days to ensure that nothing stays in our freezer for too long.  

Since there are no preservatives in our ice cream the shelf life of our product is just 30 days. So, while you can keep it safely in your home in a freezer for a month, we are quite sure you won’t be able to resist finishing it in a few days – or even a few hours. 

Sometimes you just need a little extra or something a little different and we are happy to oblige if we can. So if you have something specific in mind – like a customized flavour for a special order, just get in touch with us ahead of time and we will do what we can to make it an affair to remember. From Classics like Chocolate and Vanilla to fruits like Strawberry and Mango and dry fruits like Fig & Honey to Kaju Kishmish and more. We also have creative flavors like Kashmir Cinnamon Kehwa, Ras Malai, Firni and Thandai with Gulab Jamun. Every single flavor is made from scratch using great ingredients and great imagination. We keep changing our flavors depending on the season, availability of ingredients, chef’s favourites or simply our mood!!
